This was really good. It's quick and tasty. My 8 yr old even asked for seconds. Thanks for posting.

GRRRRRRRRREAT!!!! I'm a huge tuna lover and have been looking for something else to make with tuna besides my tuna wraps that I did eat for lunch everyday for it seems like forever until I finally got burnt out on them. My son even likes this! DD and DH wouldn't try it and I usually don't give 5 stars unless everyone likes it, but I just couldn't possibly give this one less than 5. I made some minor adjustments: All I had on hand both times I've made this so far was albacore tuna instead of just the chunk light. Also, I am a huge fan of pepper jack and regular monterey jack cheeses, so I used these in place of the Parmesan. (Pepper jack when it was just me eating it and monterey jack when my son helped.) Also, I didn't use the parsley or the pepper.

I just shared this with my 3 year-old daughter for lunch and we both enjoyed it. Next time I might stir in some peas, too. I hadn't thought of putting tuna in ramen before- thanks for posting!
