This is a very quick and tasty meal. I used ground round and mexican style chili beans. Also added about 1 cup of petite diced tomatoes that I had in the refrigerator. Like the other reviewers I did add more chili powder and topped with cheese before serving. There was more macaroni than I would have liked so next time will cut it back to 1 cup or add another can of beans. Definitely great comfort food! Made and reviewed for the Alphabet Chef Tag Game.

Yummy! This was REALLY easy and quite good! We used ground turkey (instead of beef) and topped leftovers with shredded cheese. This is a yummy recipe and great for kids too because it is colorful, mild in flavor, and fairly healthy! Thanks!

WONDERFUL!! I used 1 whole onion and added a little extra chili powder and some ground pepper. Soooooo good! I sprinkled a little bit of grated cheddar on top. Definately a keeper recipe!

This is a very tasty recipe! I must admit I used a whole onion and extra Chili Powder. Great for a quick meal when you don't have much time. I will be making this one again. Thanks Paki A
