Very good! I just had to try this b/c our neighbors gave us the citrus from their trees. I made as posted, marinated 2 chicken breasts for an hour, and used the leftover marinade for a salad composed of lettuce, honey roasted almonds, onion, and mandarin oranges. I still have some left for tomorrow. Thanks Jess4Freedom for posting. Made for Newest Zaar tag.
