low fat, low cholesterol and DELICIOUS! i made a bowl of cream cheese frosting for people to slather on if they'd like.

SERVES 10 , 2 loaves (change servings and units)

    mix first 5 ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2
    whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. 3
    mix the wet and dry ingredients until moist. pour into greased loaf pan ( i use pam). bake for 40-45 mintues or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. let cool for 1/2 hour. remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
