I found this on the TOH board. I've made this many different times and I'm not allowed to attend the annual family reunion weekend without bringing these. I've switched out the irish cream liquor and used raspberry schnapps and cheesecake pudding, lemon schnapps and lemon pudding, rootbeer schnapps and vanilla pudding, plus many other combos. Any flavor combination that you can find a complimentary liquor for will work.

OMG I absolutely love this recipe. I make jello shots and pudding shots every week for my kickball games and they are in high demand, there are never any left! I am always trying to come up with new variations of this recipe, i have tried different flavors of irish cream, carmel is my fav or mint, and coffee are good too. I was given the suggestion to try bannana liqour with it, cant wait to see how it comes out. I love all the suggestions i have found on here i cant wait to come up with more flavors.

These were insanely good. I can't wait to try out more varieties. I used vanilla vodka and replaced half the Irish cream with Creme de Menthe because we wanted them to taste like grasshoppers. They turned out perfect. The texture actually comes out more like mousse than pudding. Very decadent. I'll be making these over and over.

I have made these several times for get-togethers and they are always a big hit. Substitute the chocolate pudding with pumpkin pie pudding mix and it makes a great seasonal treat!

This stuff is delicious! In fact, it is actually better after a full 24 hours or so in the freezer. When it's good and thick and frozen, it is similar in consistency to soft-serve ice cream. Awesome!
