This smoothie is one of the few things I kept down during the first trimester with both of my pregnancies- I always make it with a couple spoonfuls of wheat germ mixed in for the extra nutrition. Delish!

This was a wonderful breakfast pick me up. I enjoyed it very much. I used strawberry yogurt, frozen strawberries, a frozen banana and a little orange juice and a little 1%milk. I will be making this again...thanks so much for sharing... made for Spring Pac 08
