The family loved this! I boiled the potatoes until nearly tender before proceeding with the recipe; that way they only needed about 12 minutes for browning. I added lemon zest along with the lemon juice to the dish. We thought the flavor was perfect and it's a nice difference from shrimp and pasta. Great!

this was so tasty! the "flavors" were delicious and could even make it with all shrimp or all potatoes also. When I removed potatoes to keep warm they were still not quite done and finished them in microwave. I halved the salt as I hate something oversalted knowing you cant go back. Garlic was the crushed jar kind and used 1/2 Tablespoon and parsley was the dried type. Thankyou it was great.

This is 100% perfect. Hubby and I ate an entire skillet's worth. Even our 11 month old thought the taters were delicious.
