This is the best potato salad recipe I've found...and my DH is PICKY about potato salad!

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook until tender, about 15 – 20 minutes.

    Drain and cool.
  3. 3
    Place in a bowl; add eggs.
  4. 4
    Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over potato mixture and toss to coat.
  5. 5
    Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
