A think hearty take on old time potato soup.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Boil carrots 15 minutes.

    Add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes.

    While those are boiling, sauté onion till soft; add garlic and finish sautéing.

    Drain water from potatoes and carrots.

    Add onion and garlic.

    Add remaining ingredients.
