Possum's No-Cook BBQ Sauce

Recipe #62141 | 5 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Poss
May 13, 2003

Sweet and tangy, great on ribs, steaks, chicken, you name it! The only time it takes to make this is the time to find the ingredients and mix them into a bowl. This recipe was in its original form one of Emeril's barbecue sauces as seen on his TV show. It's since been tweaked, perhaps not to perfection, but to my & my family's taste.

2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. 2
Whisk well to be sure the brown sugar dissolves.
  3. 3
Transfer BBQ sauce to a container better suited for serving.
  4. 4
    Enjoy!

So easy yet full of flavor. Loved the tangy taste. Used this while grilling hamburgers. Gave the burgers a great flavor. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for PAC Fall '08

How simple can it be?? This has a nice tang to it and it is really good with grilled food. Not too much sugar in it so it doesn't carmelize like a lot of BBQ sauces. Really easy and good
