    preheat oven to 200 C

    mix onion, garlic, bell pepper, thyme, 75 g goats cheese, hazelnuts and breadcrumbs with the egg and season with salt and pepper.

    Fill the portabella's with the mixture and place them on an ovenproof dish.
  4. 4
    Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the edges and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the portabella's.

    Bake in the oven for approx 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
