This is good! The juice soaked up into my meat (which has never happened on any other recipe that I have made with a pork ternderloin) and made it so moist, and juicy and tasty and good! I hope it does that each time I make it! All four of us enjoyed eating this. My crockpot cooks a little hot, so I didn't have to cook it as long as recommended. I used 4 fresh peaches rather than canned, but's nice to know I can use both. Thanks!

A really OUTSTANDING recipe for pork roast, this is! My roast was a little more than 5 pounds, so I increased the other ingredients a bit! The leftover pork was shredded & served the next day over brown rice! Couldn't be better, what with the peaches & mustard! Many thanks for the posting!

Moist is an understatement! This smelled so wonderful and the meat was so moist that when I sliced the loin, it just fell apart. I used dried cranberries in place of raisins (which I do in almost any recipe calling for raisins) and added just a pinch of ground cloves. Very easy, too. The processer does all the chopping, so you just dump everything in the slowcooker and go on your way! Thanx for a great new (and easy) crockpot recipe!

I made this AHEAD for Thanksgiving which was great. The roast was fall-apart tender, totally effortless and enjoyed by everyone. Next time I'll play with some extra spices and flavors.
