We thought this was a wonderful dish. I left a couple of things out, the ginger because I didn't have any and didn't bother with any extra salt. My whole family loved this dish, even my extremly picky DS who does not like to try anything new polished off his plate. We used the leftover sauce over our rice and it was excellent! Thanks for the great recipe. I will be cooking this again =D

This was a great recipe for pork chops. Mine turned out very tender, but a little overcooked. Next time, I won't cook for 6 hours, only 4-5. But, this is definitely a keeper. Thanks!

This is the BEST!!! The pork chops came out very tender and flavorful. The sauce is OUTSTANDING. The only problem is I gave my mother some of this so hubby and I didn't get enough. I will be making this again next week. Thanks for sharing this great recipe, NoCookDonna.
