Got this recipe from All Recipes and fixed it for dinner on a Saturday. I love all things cooked in the crock pot, because I don't have to do anything after the ingredients have been placed in there for several hours - My kind of cooking!!!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 garlic cloves, Crushed
salt & pepper

Directions

Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.

Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F.

This did not turn out well for my family. Based on the other reviews, I cooked the chops for only 4 hours and they were still on the dry side. Also, based previous reviews, I was worried about the sodium. I didn't have low-sodium soy sauce so I halved the recommended amount and this recipe was still too salty. I really like the ease of preparation, but alas, this will not be going on the rotation.

sorry but not good at all...it was VERY strong! i made these last night and when my husband ate them he said "this isnt even clse to how good you cook" he hated them. it was just way to strong of a flavor.

This was a great recipe for pork chops. Mine turned out very tender, but a little overcooked. Next time, I won't cook for 6 hours, only 4-5. But, this is definitely a keeper. Thanks!

This is the BEST!!! The pork chops came out very tender and flavorful. The sauce is OUTSTANDING. The only problem is I gave my mother some of this so hubby and I didn't get enough. I will be making this again next week. Thanks for sharing this great recipe, NoCookDonna.
