This is a great way to serve pork chops! I do not use green pepper on mine because of preference, but that is my only change. Wonderful and thanks for sharing!

Great recipe! The only change I made was to add about half a cup of medium chunky salsa and I chopped up two small chili peppers to throw in! It was delicious! The rice tasted great and was just a bit spicy.. the way we like it! Thanks for sharing this great recipe Kim!

My husband is an extremely picky eater, he told me this was a definate keeper and I must agree. The pork chops were moist and tasty and the rice was an excellent finish.
