Great horney toad, I've never seen a dish disappear with such rapidity--ribbit. Made for Everyday Is A Holiday.

I was afraid I wouldn't find anything to make with the ingredients I had on hand, but this was perfect. I used little shells instead of macaroni. Then I checked the chops with 15 minutes left and was afraid they wouldn't have enough juice, but it was also perfect. The pork was juicy and so good. My two toddlers really enjoyed this meal. I have a meat eater and the other asked for more noodles. Their grandparents also enjoyed it. Thank you. I will be making this again. It was fast and easy, and baking it in one dish at the end gave me a chance to clean up a little so I only had a few dishes left after dinner. In my book, that rocks!

Really easy and tasty! I used 8 chops (to feed 4 people) and increased the tomato sauce along with all the other ingredients, also added in some onions and fresh garlic that I sauteed after the chops. I baked it in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and increased the Parmesan for the top. We enjoyed this for an early dinner tonight, thanks Lori!...Kitten

This was very easy to make and tasty. Next time, I would mix half the tomato sauce with the pasta and then put the pasta in the baking dish - they would be less dry that way and able to absorb some of the sauce during baking. I think this would be great to make with chicken pieces as well.
