Made these for breakky this morning, and nearly had a riot on my hands! The kids & hubby couldn't wait for them to come out of the oven. Puffs beautifully, and lots of room for some Raspberry Honey to be slathered over the dough/batter. Will need to make in my muffin tins the next time AND double the recipe for my crew. Definitely a keeper! Debber in Wisconsin <><

This was a fantastic recipe! I made this for my husband and daughter the morning before he went back to Iraq. I used a muffin tin so they weren't as big, but even then the whole dozen were gone before the bacon!

I use this recipe to make Yorkshire Puddings. It is awesome. They come out nice and high. I use 3 eggs and 1 t salt for the yorkies. I bake at 425 for 20 minutes or til browned.
