I made only half a recipe since I had 4 oz of blue cheese left in the fridge... I was a little worried about the mustard in the butter, but it was very subtle and delicious! I rolled my butter in plastic wrap and to make it a pretty log shape, I placed the butter mixture in the middle of a piece of plastice wrap, covered it with the remaining side and "pushed" it in on itself with a wooden ruler so it spread out in a log shape... It worked great... We used this to make Grilled Blue Cheese Butter Burgers and it was delicious! Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Perfect in the blue cheese burgers! I have also had this butter on steamed veggies and it was great.
