This is the best homemade playdough. Kids love it.

SERVES 1 -2 , 1 3/4 cups (change servings and units)

    Mix all ingredients in saucepan.

    Cook on medium heat until thick.

Just wanted to say that this is a foolproof recipe and will definitely recommend it for people who want to create wheat free or gluten free playdough by substitution for the flour. I think that would probably work.

    Thank you! This is a great, fast simple, cheap way to make play dough. Ten minutes or less and this stuff is finished (but then you have to let it cool for quite a bit). I mixed the food colouring with the 1 cup water before adding it b/c I thought it might help the colour spread easier.

    This is how i make my playdough for the daycare. It lasts for months in the fridge with this receipe.
