I borrowed this recipe from Anna at AllRecipes. I changed it just slightly, it's quick and delicious.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. 3
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef with onion until beef is brown. Drain. Combine beef mixture with spaghetti sauce, chopped pepperoni and cooked pasta and pour into a 9x13 inch (or 2 8" square) baking dish. Top with mozzarella & whole pepperoni.
  4. 4
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

I gave this 3 stars. My 4 yrs old newphew & I both liked. First I had to use ziti as that's what I had on hand. I used 15 slices of pepperoni instead of 12. I only top the pasta with 1 cup of cheese. Overall this was good and I will make this again but I will cook my onions first a bit before adding in the ground beef and add in some garlic and seasonings as this was a bit bland for my taste. But boy was this super easy and fast my favorite kind of meals. Thanks for posting a good recipe. Christine (internetnut)

This is really tasty and easy to make. The only thing I did differently was to add two cloves of minced garlic to the meat and used shell pasta because it was all I had on hand....Good job, Kelly!
