If you like the flavor of pistachio you will most definitely love this dessert. Decadent yet light in taste. A very pretty dessert too done up in a clear 9x13 or layered in a trifle dish.

easy and so good, I think this would work well using a variety of different pudding flavors, I layered this in tall serving glasses instead of the pan which made a lovely presentation, thanks for a great east dessert Coffee!

This recipe was made for a park-wide potluck & I jazzed it up just a little ~ Just before taking it, I sprinkled the top with chopped pistachios & cut it into 12 pieces before pushing an Oreo down into each cut piece! What the hey, it's called creativity, not to mention a sugar rush! [Tagged, made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hit Wonders cooking game]

This recipe was pretty good. I halfed it and used fat free cool whip. I let it chill in the fridge overnight before eating. Loved the oreo crumbs, and the fact that you donĂ½ have to bake it. Thank you for sharing!
