Pineapple-coconut Smoothies

Yum! Tropical drink that will make you think you're by the ocean!

SERVES 2 -3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices, frozen
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened light coconut milk, chilled
  • 3/4 cup orange juice, chilled

Directions

  1. 1
    In beldner, combine coconut milk and orange juice; add pineapple and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with shaved coconut.
