Got this recipe from our pastor's wife while stationed in Hawaii. It is VERY easy and is always a big hit! I don't remember how many ounces are in the cans, so the amounts are approximates.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice

  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
  • ice

Directions

  1. 1
    Pour one can of juice plus 1 bottle of ginger ale into punch bowl. Add ice and serve cold.

    This tastes so good! I tested it before I serve it next week for a baby shower. The only problem I had is that if it sets for a couple minutes the juice-pop separates and it changes the flavor. You have to keep stirring it/drinking it and not let it set. The one thing we did do to it was add a scoop of ice cream and that made it really good.

    Great, easy recipe. A friend made this for a wine & cheese party we hosted a few years ago for a nonalcoholic option. You wouldn't think 2 ingredients would make such a tasty, refreshing punch!
