There are times when I just can't find a really good whole pineapple, so went to my canned goods instead! I did put the pineapple chunks in the freezer until almost frozen & all the other ingredients were chilled in the frig before using! Absolutely loved this combo of flavors! A definite keeper! I used canned pineapple because that's what I had. Loved the ginger in this. Might try blending with ice next time as this was very rich. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT3

Used a Gala apple. This is nice and refreshing. I doubled everything to serve 2 and used 1/2 cup ice cubes to quick chill the drink.
