Pimento Cheese With Bacon

Everything's better with bacon, right? I tore this out of a magazine but didn't save the whole page so I don't know which magazine. I'm thinking this would be a real kid-pleaser.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    In a food processor, pulse together the cream cheese, cheddar, and monterey jack cheeses with mayonnaise and onion powder.

    Add pimentos and relish and pulse until blended but still chunky.

    Stir in bacon, transfer to a bowl, cover and chill at least 1 hour.
