Tried just a couple of jars this past year. Wishing I would have made more. Will definitely be using this recipe next summer. Thanks so much for the recipe.

I couldn't wait long enough before sneaking a taste. I like these very much! Since I'm the only one that eats okra, this is perfect for me. I didn't have any dill seeds, so I wasn't able to add them. I will try them next time. Thank you very much! Now I won't have to buy pickled okra anymore.

This is a great recipe because it only makes 2 pints. I also added mustard seeds and celery seeds to the jar because I like that taste to my pickled okra. I didn't have any cider vinegar so I used white. Very quick and easy to do. I heated my liquids in the microwave and poured them over the spices and tightly packed okra in he jar. Then I just placed them in the hot water bath. I can't wait to taste!
