My family loved this recipe. Even my extremely picky son ate it. Fast & easy-my kind of recipe. Thanks.

Very flavourfull pork chops with a nice heat.I didn't have any green chilles in but I did have some chipolte in adobo sauce, which I used. We enjoyed these very much and would give them a 5* rating except that the chops were still a bit tough, another time I would cook them longer, perhaps put them in the oven for about 30 minutes, 10 minutes was just not long enough to tenderize them. I would make them again though, thanks for sharing a good recipe!

Because of Derf's photo, I made this for friends. WOW! We loved it. Cooked the chops, covered, in a little white wine for about 10 minutes to tenderize and added a dollop of sour cream to serve. THX for posting!
