This is just delicious! I used low fat mayonaise and cream cheese and couldn't tell a difference, not with the bacon and parmesan. Highly recommend this, perfect with Wheat Thins! Thanks!

C'est parfait! Simple and VERY tasty - the bacon and parmesan cheese makes this dip extra special! I served this with fresh figs from the garden and spicy rice crackers. The photos are Halloween themed photos, as it is that time of the year! Made for the Aussie swap #21 - wonderful thanks happynana! FT

At first I was wanting to change almost everything in this recipe to things a bit more 'healthy,' but then thought better of that! Glad, too, 'cause this IS a very tasty dip! The only thing I did do was to cut back the # of bacon slices to 6, then made sure I cooked & CRUMBLED them really well so as to get a better distribution of its flavor!
