This had a nice flavor but not like a real goulash. It was easy to prepare and using the crockpot sure made it nice to come home too.

Made this for dinner today since I had plans to go out with some friends from hs. I came home to the kids digging in the pot before it was done and served it over noodles. This was wonderful.. Will make this one regular. I did throw in some onion as suggested and browned the meat. I doubled everything and was great. Thanks for a keeper..

A Zaar triple play. I used Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix recipe 73172 and served this with a side salad and ellie's Bread Sticks recipe 108404. I sliced a medium white onion and sauted it with the bell pepper. Put that in the crock and quickly browned the meat. When meat was browned, I then added it to the pot and deglazed the pan. Mixed the remaining ingredients in the pan and poured it all in the pot. Mixed well and set the timer. I only cooked this about 7 hours on low. It was very tender and moist. I followed RecipeNut and served it over noodles.

Fluffy this is one great tasting recipe. It was easy to prepare. Put it in the crockpot in the morning and when I walked into the house from work it smelled delicious! The meat was so moist and full of flavor. I served it over noodles. Thanks for a great recipe.
