This is so delicious and very easy to prepare! It is one of my favorite pasta dishes. The combination of the zesty Gorgonzola pairs perfectly with a little sweetness from honey. Give this a try - you will love it!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Cook penne pasta according to directions on package.

    Drain the pasta and return to pot.

    Add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted.
