Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Put the grill above in the oven at around 10 cm (4 inches) of the heating element. Preheat the oven to Broil.
  2. 2
In a little skillet, bring to a boil all the ingredients, except the salmon and salt. Reduce in half. Put aside.
  3. 3
Put the salmon on a baking sheet with foil paper. Brush the salmon with the marinade. Salt a little bit. Cook in the oven for about 8 minutes, in accordance with the thickness of the salmon. Brush delicately a few more times during the cooking.
  4. 4
When it's ready, brush with the marinade if you still have and serve immediately. Serve with rice and greens beans with butter.

Very very good! My first time making salmon and it came out perfect. I didn't have any extra sauce after the additional basting (about half way through...and mine took more like 11 minutes, but obviously that varies) but I didn't think it needed it. Thank you Boomette! Made for Holiday Tag.

Delicious fish which we enjoyed — didn't change a thing but next time I want to try using the grill instead of broiling the fish. Thanks for sharing this keeper!

Delicious! Love the ginger in this! Easy glaze to make. We grilled our salmon outside-(72 degrees outside in AZ at 4:30). Thanks Boomette for another winner! Made for Potluck tag.

I loved this dish! Great flavors with the maple and a little heat from the cayenne. I made this along with Boomette's recipe for Gingered Green Beans and they went really well togehter. I really enjoyed! Will definately be making again in the future. Made for Zaar Stars Tag Game
