This year for Thanksgiving we decided to have a couple mini-desserts. I love pecan pie and was originally going to make mini pecan tarts, when I came across these. I decided to try it first to see if they were any good. I halved the recipe and made them. They were ridiculously easy to make and they were all gone within 5 minutes. They taste exactly like pecan pie to me (and they are a lot lower in calories compared to pecan pie :o) Delicious! I will definitely be adding this to the Thanksgiving menu - there is enough cooking to be done, and this will make life a little bit simpler!

These are one of my kids' favorites. They love to make them on a snowy day.

Pretty good. These are the same as the Cissy Bars, except those use margerine and just any nuts. I'm not sure if I cooked mine a bit too long in the oven. I liked the praline topping by itself, and I thought it would tasted good on top of ice cream, but on top of the graham crackers per this recipe it is just OK. Not sure I would go to the trouble of making these again.
