We really enjoyed these last night! Gave me an opportunity to use the fresh tarragon from my herb garden. Simple but full of flavor! Made for ZWT5 family picks!

Delicieux! The lemon and tarragon combination is wonderful in this but I love both ingredients and love peas too-my kind of food! I made as posted except reduced the salt by half. Served with Melt in Your Mouth Lemon Chicken, Sugar Glazed Kumera ( Sweet Potato ), and Light Pineapple Mousse. Thanks Parsley for sharing. Made during my French jaunt with Chow Hounds as part of ZWT5.

This was a nice way to have peas, although I think mine may have been a little overcooked. Peas are so finicky! I will prolly cook them only for 4 minutes next time. Made for ZWT5, for the Groovy GastroGnomes.
