This turned out great, although the texture wasn't nearly as smooth as the kind at the store. I needed to add about 3 tbsp of oil just to get it to look like peanut butter, but eventually it worked. I also added some honey and it was delicious.

I know, some people think... do you really need a recipe for peanut butter? Well, yes.... Id say so. Ive tried a few times to just toss the stuff into the processor without knowing how much oil for the quantity of nuts, and sometimes it has been too oily ICK This made the perfect amount, and gave me the perfect consistency I was looking for, adding just a TOUCH more oil, I have mine sealed in a jar in the fridge...but Im not sure it'll last 2 weeks!!!
