Very tasty from a recipe book.

    Butter 8-inch square dish.
  2. 2
    Microwave first 3 ingredients in a 2-quart microwave safe bowl at 50% power (medium) 4 to 5 minutes, stirring at 1 1/2 minute intervals stir in peanuts and pour into prepared dish.

    Cover and chill 2 hours.
  4. 4
    Cut into squares.
  5. 5
    Store covered in refrigerator.

I made this with 3C peanut butter chips, omitted butter and it was wonderful! Also went stove-top instead of microwave. Thanks for a great recipe!
