Peanut Butter Chow Mein Cookies

The easiest of my great-grandmother's traditional Christmas cookies, fondly recalled by the family as the "Shoebox Cookies," to make. I see that there are several variations on the recipe up, but not her version, so here it is.
18 -20 cookies
Ingredients
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions

Melt chips and peanut butter in pan.2
Add chow mein noodles and marshmallows.3
Stir thoroughly on low heat.4
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.5
Cookies will harden quickly, so move fast!
