Great tea! It is quick and easy to put together. "We" made this to use as a gift for my daughter's teacher and of course, we HAD to sample it. We filled a half-pint jelly jar with the mix and decorated the lid and included directions and set it down in a coffee mug and everyone was happy! I think I'll use this as gifts for members of the quilt guild that I belong to. (Wondering about trying this with other gelatin flavors?) Thanks for sharing this recipe. updated May 6, 2007...have made this in strawberry and raspberry flavors...photo is strawberry.

This is really a wonderful drink...the only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of a 5, is because the peach jello sort of overpowered the tea taste and it was a little too sweet for me. I am going to add an additional 1/2 cup of tea to the mix, maybe even a full cup. That is just a personal preference. The recipe is great just the way it is!!! Thanks for submitting.
