Peach Lemonade

    Bring the peaches, sugar, and water to a boil, and then simmer until the sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes.

    Allow the mixture to cool, then strain through a sieve, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.

    Stir in the lemon juice, and serve in tall glasses over ice.
  4. 4
    Garnish with mint or peach slices.

    I followed the recipe exactly and there isn't much peach flavor at all. I'll puree the peaches next time as suggested by other reviewers.

    My family loved this refreshing drink, I pureed the peaches after the cook, to make sure I didn't lose any peach flavor at all.

    This was so wonderful...I made before I started cooking dinner and had finished most of it by the time I was done, soI had to quickly make an other batch to go with dinner! This was sweet, but not too sweet and so refreshing~
