This was a delightful salad. Tasty and crunchy. Sure to please your guests for a barbeque or anytime!

    Awesome side dish.....had it at a 4th of July BBQ and then came to Zaar to find the recipe for myself! I left out the cheese on accident and it didn't make a difference...leaving out the cheese and using Light Mayo lightens this up a little...the chips become the only dietary downside but totally worth it! The spices from the chili cheese chips is what makes the salad. Not a good left over though, just be warned...the chips get soggy in the fridge.

    I made a couple of little changes - added 1 can of drained, rinsed black beans & i/s/o red onion - I used green. YUM! What a great, easy dish for a BBQ. Thanks!
