So good! I followed the directions exactly, stirring in the powdered sugar one cup at a time in the saucepan. It's smooth, creamy, and chocolately. Thanks for a great recipe.

This is totally wonderful. I cut down the powdered sugar and added nuts - still wonderful, but the walnuts made it a little greasy. It was better when I just stuck to the recipe.

This is a very easy fudge to prepare. The cream cheese is very subtle and almost lends a milk chocolate flavor to the fudge. I used my wand blender to completely blend the melted cream cheese, with the chocolate and then beat in the powdered sugar one cup at a time using my stand mixer. This fudge has a pale chocolate color and will add variety on my goodie plate with my own deep chocolate fudge.
