Pasta With Sausage and Beans

This dish has a great flavor and smells so good while cooking. Another recipe from my cooking wars at the office.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Over medium heat, saute crumbled sausages, onions, garlic and parsley.
  2. 2
    Stir often for about 15 minutes or until sausage is cooked.
  3. 3
    Add white wine and tomatoes and cook for approximately 30 minutes more.
  4. 4
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5
    Boil pasta until al dente.
  6. 6
    Drain well and return to pot.
  7. 7
    Stir in sausage mixture, cooked beans and arugula.
  8. 8
    Return to heat to warm through.
  9. 9
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
