One of my favorite dishes that we usually only eat on Passover, although it's good all year round.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into a well-greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Doesn't get easier then this! Love spinach and cheese. We both liked it and I will make this often. I did add some freshly grated nutmeg to the mix. Was out of matzo meal and ground matzo crackers in the food processor to get the required amount.
