These rollups are an addictive party food! Use either Genoa salami or dry salami from the deli counter, sliced. Make a day ahead for the best flavor.

SERVES 8 , 16 appetizers (change servings and units)

Very lightly brush each slice of salami with olive oil.

Ooooooh are these good! I made some with sweet pickle spears. Just as good as pepperoncinis.

Oh puppitypup, I could make a whole meal out of nothing but these! Used Boar's Head Genoa Salami and Picante Provolone. They are like an antipasto finger food. These are going to be on my buffet for Superbowl Sunday. DH says two thumbs up! Thanks. NOTE: (2/24/07) Made this again with a twist - instead of pepperoncini I used bread & butter pickles. Delicious!

This was good! Made for a baby shower over the weekend, but the men in the house kept sampling as we were making them the night before! One pkg of my provolone was thicker than the other and the slices kept cracking, so we placed them in the microwave for 15 seconds and this softened them enough to roll. Thanks puppity
