I made this to accompany grilled chicken and it was wonderful. The only way to describe it is FRESH tasting. So simple to make and a great counterpoint to the rich, grilled meat. I followed the recipe exactly as I found the sumaq added enough tartness with the lemon.

5++++++++++++++!. Parsley and sumak are mega movie stars! I added a bit more lemon to the dressing because I {{really}} like lemon!
thanks for sharing! cg
