This is a great recipe for health watchers. Use low fat mayo or such. I'm not a fish lover and even I liked this recipe!

SERVES 1 -2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl, adjusting Worcestershire sauce to taste. (I use the regular Worcestershire sauce but I think the White Wine sauce is simply to look nicer!).
  2. 2
    Mix until smooth.
  3. 3
Spray baking pan with nonstick spray.
  4. 4
Place salmon fillets on pan and coat with mayo mixture.
  5. 5
Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

2/3 kids thought this was great! Of course the picky one wouldn't touch it but all the rest of us loved it. I used Miracle Whip, red onion and left out the Wor. Sauce because of the gluten (can't get gf Wor sauce in Canada) and added a shot of tabasco sauce. Loved it!

This wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping for. Maybe it needed more sauce or something.

This was delicious and the best way that I've cooked salmon. I used nonfat mayo and didn't have the green onions. I estimated the ingredients and it still came out great? I'll try this on the tilapia next time. Thank you for this recipe!

This was a very flavorful salmon dish & it couldn't have been easier. When rain dampened my BBQ plans, I needed a recipe that I could get on the table quickly & this surely fit the bill. My fillets were quite thick & 15 minutes cooked them to perfection. I used low fat mayo & omitted the green onions for personal preference. I served the salmon with a green salad & dinner rolls. Thanks, Mary! — posted Jan 17, 2005
