Very easy and good, but we're partial (ok, practically addicted )to your Kittencal's Famous Caesar Salad Kittencal's Famous Caesar Salad. I think it's still worth making that recipe...lol :D Thank you for simple dressing though.

Hard to believe that you can get the wonderful flavor of Caesar without anchovies. This dressing is very good, and so easy to prepare. It was made completely in the Vita-Mix, to include grating the cheese. This was made 24 hours before eating. Served it on a bed of romaine with some additional cheese grated on top.

I think this is called "almost" Caesar dressing because there are no eggs, although for me that's a bit of a stretch since it doesn't have the anchovies either. But who cares? It's pretty darned good, and the worcestershire sets it off from just your usual lemon and olive oil dressing. Very tasty on a greens, grilled chicken and croutons salad.

DD picked this recipe for no egg and no anchovies but found it to be on the lemony side. She used 2 tsp chopped garlic.
