Enjoyed this easy-to-make chicken dish! I didn't have buttery crackers on hand so used just the saltines! Also used unsalted butter, 2% fat milk & a low-fat sour cream! Also added a very small amount of lemon pepper & came up with a nice tasting dish! Thanks for sharing your recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's Pick-A-Chef]

Very easy to prepare. My breasts were fairly large, so increased the baking time by 15 minutes. I believe I will add just a bit more Parmesan next time. Delicious. Made for PAC Fall '08.
