Great easy meal. I made this with pasta, broccoli and I made the Creamy Parmesan sauce # 132351 to go over it all. I pounded the chicken down, followed instruction in breading it, then I baked it on 350 (instead of 400) for longer (about 45 minutes)...so I was able to scoot out of the house to get my daughter from her girls scout meeting It was nice to have dinner cooking while I was out!

This is such an easy and quick way to prepare a fantastic chicken dish. I did add garlic, onion powder and seasoning salt as my breadcrumbs were not seasoned. Crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside, perfect! Thanks.

This was one of the first big hits with my husband. He's a pretty picky eater and doesn't particularly like chicken, so that's impressive. I didn't have paprika, so had to leave that out, and I substituted Kittencal's Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs for the ones in the recipe. I also used olive oil instead of Pam (again making use of what was in my kitchen at the moment.) So simple to make, delicious, and QUICK! Thanks bluejan01 for sharing!
