Wonderful recipe. And so fast! The paneer comes out softer than I ever get from cooking on stovetop. I had to make something for my vegetarian friends who can never eat most of what people bring to the christmas potluck. This is a great idea.

I made this for dinner tonight and it went very well with hot rotis and bread. I did add 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder as well alongwith the other masalas. Thank YOU very much for an easy simple and tasty recipe! This is GREAT and we'll make it again for sure!
