This is unbelievably good! The sauce is just to die for! I don't deep fry my chicken, but just dust it with cornstarch and saute it and it still comes out great!

I adjusted this recipe to please my 14-year-old. I only used 1/2 tsp minced ginger root instead of 1 T. For the Orange Sauce I used 1 1/2 T soy sauce, 1 1/2 T orange juice, 4 T sugar, 5 T white vinegar, orange zest to taste. I also serve it with toasted sesame seeds on top as it is done in the fine dining restos in New York City.

This is a great recipe. Actually tastes better than Panda Express. Family absolutely loves this dish. Definitely need to double the recipe for the orange sauce.
