These fluffy pancakes beat out the mixes in my cupboard every time! And the funny thing is, it really isn't that much more trouble to make them!

Very good. Big hit with the family. I doubled the recipe and decreased the baking powder to 3 tsp rather than 4. Also I recommend adding the melted butter to the batter, rather than the milk and eggs...for a smoother result.

Fantastic! I have tried at least 4 or 5 other pancakes recipes on this site alone and this is the only one that actually taste amazing and looks like the picture. I did add vanilla, but other than that I did exactly as directed. Thanks for sharing this is the only one I will ever use now.

Suzanne, your Pancakes provided the perfect Saturday morning breakfast at our house this morning! Just the right amount of sweetness to this batter. The cakes rose up nice and plump on the griddle. With my addition of pre-sugared, freshly sliced strawberries, whipped cream and real Canadian Maple Syrup, what a delightful way to begin a weekend! Thanks for this great recipe, Suzanne!

WOW! Look no further y'all this is SIMPLY THE BEST pancake recipe EVER. I'm a mother of three and have always purchased the 'just add water' pancake mixes. NEVER AGAIN! This is the only pancake recipe I will ever need or use! My 13 yr. old son prepared the mix adding in two mashed bananas & doubling the recipe. It made nine BIG & FLUFFY pancakes. OH SOOOO YUMMY! Thanks ~Barenaked Chef~ for sharing such a wonderful recipe.
